We are now into the final week of the Spring League and things are getting pretty close between the teams. Every score this week could be vital.
In the lead at present with 449pts are The Hopefuls, followed by the Dream Team on 433. In 3rd place we have the Open Contenders on 426.
The leading individual at present is Myrtle Rhodie on 81pts. Nicola Spence is hot on heels with 80pts.However the race could get even tighter as one weeks score as to be dropped.

The Spring League is underway, and truly great scores have been returned this first week. Whilst this is primarily a Team Competition prizrs shall be awarded for individuals. We are still playing for the Shield.
The most notable score was an amazing 25points from Nicole Spence, other scores of note 22points from Bernie Rice & Paula Mc Crory.
We have 6 Teams participating and the competition could not be stronger. Leading the way at present we have two teams on 108pts- The Hopefuls and The Leave it to Us.
Closely behind with 104pts we have the Dream Team and The Open Contenders. The No Names have 103pts and the Sanguines are on 97pts.

Despite the bad weather and the course being closed 34 ladies returned cards this week. Some notable scores were returned; Paula Mc Crory 21points, Una Cullinane, Kay Molloy, Anne Attwell and Anne Mone all had 19points. The Team competition is hotting up with The Hopefuls taking an early lead,
