AN HISTORIC CLUB WITH A MAGNIFICENT GEORGIAN PARKLAND SETTING SINCE 1893

Sixty-nine ladies played in the Club Stableford competition sponsored by Gilfresh Produce Ltd on Thursday 13 July 2023. 

Unfortunately, no one was able to attend prize-giving to present the prizes however Lady Captain Lily had visited Gilfresh to collect the sponsorship from William Gilpin, CEO.

Geraldine Rafferty claimed first place with 38 pts, one point clear of Lady Captain Lily McMullan and Lynne Brown who took second and third place respectively with 37 pts. 

The remaining prize winners were:

Cat A    Paula McCrory               36 pts

Cat B    Rene Calvert                   33 pts

Cat C    Sheila Stinson                 33 pts

Cat D    Shernette Mullan            34 pts

Anne Kinsella won the Back 9 with 19 pts and Moya Brady won the Front 9 with 18 pts.

9 Hole Stableford

A further 13 ladies played in the 9 hole competition which was won by Ronnie Toal with 17 pts.

GIG 9 Hole

The Get Into Golf 9 hole competition was won by Catherine Vernon with 69.

There were birdies for Lady Captain Lily McMullan at the 8th and Elizabeth Mawhinney at the 17th.   Twos were recorded by Elizabeth Mawhinney and June Humphries at the 7th, Anne Kinsella at the 11th and Lady Captain Lily McMullan at the 13th.
