JAMIE McKenna was the delighted winner of the Gerry Watters Trophy for Juvenile Golfer of the Year at County Armagh Golf Club.
The talented young golfer collected the silver trophy and new golf bag - kindly sponsored by Club Professional Will Carey – in front of a packed clubhouse for the Juvenile Boys' and Girls' annual prize-giving.

Club Captain Richard Stewart joined Juvenile Captain Adam Cromwell and Juvenile Convenors Jarlath McReynolds and Michael Calvert for the presentation at which more than a dozen trophies were handed over. They were as follows:
On Sunday 1st October the Annual Prize Giving of Cups and Trophies etc. for boys and girls will take place in the Golf Club.
At 5.30 there will be a finger buffet followed by Prize Giving.
The Junior Girls' Captain Caoimhe Hillen held her girls' captain's day on Monday 21st August.
Although the weather was damp the day was a success with 18, 9 and 6 hole competitions as well as a putting competition.
