FERGAL McKinney's par at the 18th hole earned him first prize in the Complete Living Solutions sponsored stableford at County Armagh.

It was all that separated Fergal and Killylea man Andy McCrea when both recorded 40points in the Sunday club stableford.

McCrea was actually ahead at the half way mark with 21 points penciled in on his card while Fergal marked down 18. But some very steady scoring on the homeward trek yeiled 22 points for Fergal – an excellent par at the final hole securing the win where Andy was unfortunate to bogey.

Shea Smith got back to winning ways with an impressive 38 points earning first prize in Category 1, his better back nine edging it in front of Colin Clarke who also recorded 38 points but still picked up the category runner's up prize..

Ronan McWilliams, a further point back on 37, claimed first prize in Category 2, one point better than G Mone on 36points but still enough to earn him the runners up in category.

And Eamon Toner returned to the winning line-up with 35 points winning Category 3, again his better back nine edging it in front of Philip Devlin who also carded 35 points.
