The MacMillan Charity Competition was held on Thursday 7th May. 57 ladies competed for an excellent arrange of prizes provided by the sponsor

V. Mone & Son, Keady.  Prizes were presented by Mrs Ann Mone.  Rene Calvert came first with 36 points beating Colette McSorley with a better score  on the back nine.  Standard scratch was 71.

1st – R. Calvert (36 pts), 2nd - C. McSorley (36 pts), 3rd - T. McVeigh (35 pts), Gross – P. McCrory  (25 gross pts).

Cat A – E. Brady (34 pts) ,    Cat B – L.  Abbott (32 pts)

Cat C  - C. Cassidy (31 pts),  Cat D -  M.  McCoy (34 pts).

Front 9 –    B. Teahan (19 pts), Back 9 – D. Carolan (16 pts).
