The first social event of 2016 for the ladies of County Armagh Golf Club took place recently when the Lady Captain Mrs. Una Cullinane hosted the annual Supper Party.
After welcoming everyone and expressing her delight at the large number in attendance, the Lady Captain paid a warm tribute to Past Lady Captain Mrs. Irene Lutton and led the ladies in a minute’s silence in her memory.
She then presented Mrs. Ann Attwell with a bottle of champagne to celebrate her recent hole-in-one before introducing the entertainment which was provided by popular lady member Mrs. Pauline Gingles and her sisters. Their beautiful singing was much appreciated by the audience and was followed by a lovely supper and an opportunity to relax, chat and socialize.
